<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which reduces a difference between a preset temperature and a temperature of a cooking object by adjusting a control temperature using a setting adjustment function when performing temperature control based on temperature detection by an infrared sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker which enables reduction of a temperature difference between a preset temperature and a temperature of a cooking object by adjusting a control temperature using a setting adjustment function 4e when a temperature of a cooking vessel 1 is detected by an infrared sensor 6 to be adjusted and a difference occurs between the preset temperature for temperature adjustment and a temperature of the cooking object inside the cooking vessel 1, which is caused by a construction such as a material quality and a board thickness of the cooking vessel 1, and thereby enables reduction of cooking failures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
