<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell having improved power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a solar cell comprises the steps of: forming a first semiconductor layer 12n; forming an insulating layer 23 on the first semiconductor layer 12n; exposing a portion of the first semiconductor layer 12n by removing at least a portion of the insulating layer 23; cleaning an exposed portion 12n1 of the first semiconductor layer 12n exposed from an insulating layer 18 with a buffered fluorine; and forming a first electrode 14 on the exposed portion 12n1 of the first semiconductor layer 12n exposed from the insulating layer 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
