<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a vibrator is formed by spirally winding a very thin wire and stirring volume is reduced as compared to the size of a component, so that it is difficult to obtain the same stirring efficiency as a stirrer ; the whole vibrator may be embedded in a sediment when an application tip is laid sideways or upside down and the sediment is generate; and a hard cake layer cannot be sufficiently destroyed since the sediment enters between the neighboring coils. <P>SOLUTION: The applicator includes ink containing an insoluble substance precipitating with time and a stirrer in a shaft tube, and is equipped with a front shaft fixed to an opening of the shaft tube, a middle tube inserted in the opening of the shaft tube in the front shaft, and the application tip in front of the front shaft. The equation x≤diameter of the stirrer<0.5y is satisfied wherein the level difference between the inner diameter of the middle tube at the end surface and the inner diameter of the shaft tube is x, and the inner diameter of the middle tube is y. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
