PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproduction device capable of accurately reproducing address information recorded in an information recording medium.

SOLUTION: The information reproduction device includes: an information recording medium in which an address mark string having address marks spaced apart by a predetermined distance and retaining address information corresponding to the predetermined distance is formed; a light source for generating a laser beam; and an irradiation part for branching the laser beam to generate first and second light beams and irradiating the first and second light beams onto the address mark string from different directions. The information reproduction device further includes: a photodetector for receiving first and second reflected light beams from the address mark string due to the first and second light beams and outputting image information; and an operation part for reproducing the address information on the basis of the image information.
