<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic thermally conductive sheet having high thermal conductivity and good adhesive characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive acrylic thermally conductive sheet includes: (a) an acrylate or methacrylate having a 2C-12C alkyl group; (b) an acrylic monomer represented by formula (1); (c) a polythiol; (d) an acrylic acid; and (e) an inorganic powder. In the adhesive acrylic thermally conductive sheet, a ratio of the acrylic acid in the resin components except the inorganic powder is 6-10 vol.%, a compounding ratio of the inorganic powder in all the components is 30-50 vol.%, and an average particle diameter of the inorganic powder is 1-4 μm. In the formula: R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is hydrogen or a methyl group; R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is an alkylene group such as an ethylene group, a propylene group, and a butylene group; R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is hydrogen, a 1C-12C alkyl group or a substituted/unsubstituted phenyl group; and n is an integer of 0-12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
