SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device (RFID) with a rectifying property for simplifying a process and a circuit structure by reducing the loss of current/voltage corresponding to the threshold of a transistor.

SOLUTION: A rectifying circuit is provided for an element constituting a semiconductor device (RFID) capable of wirelessly exchanging data. In the rectifying circuit, a coil is disposed in overlap between an antenna for receiving radio wave and a point between the gate and drain terminals of a transistor of the rectifying circuit. By utilizing the coupling between the coil and the antenna for receiving the electric wave, the voltage output from a diode and the coil is increased from the case of using a diode alone, and thereby the rectifying efficiency is improved.
