PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve more appropriate control of whether or not to perform power exchange.

SOLUTION: A power exchange device includes: a radio communication unit that performs radio communication with an ambient power exchange device; and a power exchange unit that performs power exchange with the ambient power exchange device. If a draw of received power is no longer detected while the power exchange unit receives power from the ambient power exchange device, the radio communication unit requests the ambient power exchange device to terminate power supply.
