<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID value evaluation device capable of evaluating user ID value, taking into consideration the attribute of a user and the attribute of a service. <P>SOLUTION: An ID value evaluation device includes: an evaluation value calculation part for inputting user attribute information showing a user attribute and service attribute information showing a service attribute and calculating a value of value evaluation of a user to be evaluated, by using an evaluation function which outputs a value of value evaluation showing a value of the user; and an evaluation value output part for outputting the value of value evaluation of the user calculated by the evaluation value calculation part by associating it with a user ID of the user to be evaluated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
