<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simplification of configuration necessary to release a film. <P>SOLUTION: In a film detachment device in the invention, a conveyance unit for conveying a liquid crystal panel 1 moves: the liquid crystal panel 1 along an arc-like trajectory from a position A where a first corner part on a protective film 5a is initially detached to a position B where a second corner part is detached, while rotating it around a line vertical to an underside of the liquid crystal panel 1; the liquid crystal panel 1 from the position B to a position C where an adhesive face at the second corner part contacts a releasing unit, in a resultant direction of a diagonal direction of the detached second corner part on the protective film 5a and a normal direction of the underside of the liquid crystal panel 1; and the liquid crystal panel 1 from the position C to a position E where third and fourth corner parts are detached, in a direction vertical to a boundary L between a detached part on the protective film 5a and a part attached to the liquid crystal panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
