<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner capable of obtaining a high turn down ratio with a simple constitution without causing combustion failure by keeping an approximately-constant flow velocity of the combustion air with respect to increase and decrease of a combustion amount. <P>SOLUTION: In this burner 1 including nozzles 5, 6 for injecting fuel, and an air supply pathway 3 for supplying the combustion air distributed from an air distributing means to the circumference of the fuel injected from the nozzles 5, 6, an automatic opening/closing valve (opening/closing means) 19 opened and closed by receiving a pressure of the combustion air for automatically adjusting an opening area of an opening section 16a, is disposed near the opening section 16a of an outside air flow channel 13. The automatic opening/closing valve 19 is composed of, for example, a valve element receiving the combustion air, and a torsion coil spring (energizing means) for energizing the valve element in the closing direction, and energization force (constant of spring) of the torsion coil spring is determined so that the flow velocity of the combustion air passing through the opening section 16a of the outside air flow channel 13 is kept approximately constant to the increase and decrease of the flow rate of the combustion air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
