PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique regarding an apparatus for mounting a paper roll thereon.

SOLUTION: A paper roll feeding apparatus is for feeding paper form a paper roll. The paper roll feeding apparatus includes: a first mounting part that mounts the paper roll; a second mounting part where a diameter of the mountable paper roll is smaller than that of the paper roll that is mountable on the first mounting part; and a feeding control part that feeds the paper roll mounted on the first and second mounting parts so that the paper roll mounted on the second mounting part is fed out before the paper roll mounted on the first mounting part is fed out when the first and second mounting parts can feed the paper rolls, and feeds the paper roll mounted on the first mounting part when there is not the paper roll on the second mounting part.
