<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable capable of facilitating alignment of connection terminals to electrodes on a printed circuit board while reducing poor connection incident due to deformation near the connection terminal of the flat cable being connected between a plurality of printed circuit boards, and to provide a connection structure thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A flat cable 1 comprises a plurality of conductors 13 arranged in parallel in the width direction, and a coating 14 consisting of an insulating film-like coating material and covering the plurality of conductors 13.
