<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate information for transmitting information on a communication source or a communication destination to a third party in an easy-to-understand manner. <P>SOLUTION: An information server device receives voice of telephone communication performed between a communication source terminal and a communication destination terminal via a network, generates second voice print information based on the received voice, compares the second voice print information with first voice print information based on the voice of a person stored in advance, and determines whether the coincidence ratio of the information exceeds a predetermined threshold. When determining that the coincidence ratio of the information does not exceed the predetermined threshold, the device generates positional information indicating the position of at least one of the communication source terminal and the communication destination terminal, and generates a communication position map image in which a mark is added to a position indicated by the generated positional information in a previously stored map image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
