The present invention provides a mixed reality display system and the like allowing a plurality of users to experience the mixed reality changing their points of view in a case where the users experience a synthesized image. The mixed reality display system allows an image providing server and a plurality of client terminals to be communicated with each other. The image providing server draws a virtual object and synthesizes the drawn virtual object and an omnidirectional image picked up by an omnidirectional image capturing camera, and distributes synthesized image information to the plurality of client terminals. The client terminal displays a partial region of an image extracted from the synthesized image represented by the synthesized image information received from the image providing server on the basis of position/posture information defining the line of sight of the user watching the client terminal.
