The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating the skin, and a method for applying electric energy to human tissue to be treated by using the apparatus for treating the skin, and more specifically, to an apparatus for treating the skin which forms a parameter table having electric energy according to a target temperature, generates measurement current through a needle, measures any one of impedance, temperature, voltage and current in the body, and applies the preset electric energy, and a method for applying electric energy to human tissue to be treated by using the apparatus for treating the skin.
