<p>The metal ring-moving mechanism for receiving elastically deformable metal rings (11) from a frame (10), comprises a hand for receiving all or a portion of the metal ring, and an arm for moving the hand from the frame to the predetermined location, where the metal rings are aligned and mounted on the frame to convey a predetermined position to the metal rings. The metal ring-moving mechanism simultaneously or sequentially separates the received metal rings from the hand at the predetermined location. The hand comprises magnets to magnetically attract the metal rings. The hand comprises: magnets to magnetically attract the metal rings for their attachment with the hand, or absorbent pads to tighten the metal rings by a negative pressure for fastening with the hand; a branching pipe for generating negative pressure in the absorbent pads over the connecting lines; a negative pressure generating unit for generating the negative pressure in the branching pipe; a valve body, which is individually provided for the connection lines and is suitable to enter the connection lines to close the connection lines; elastic members for biasing the valve body in respective opening directions; and a valve closing mechanism to close the valve body against biasing forces of the elastic elements. The frame: has a ring-lifting unit for pushing up the metal rings; made of a refractory material is manufactured with heat resistance, which allows the frame to install in a heat treatment furnace. The valve bodies are aligned in one direction, in which the metal rings are aligned. The valve closing mechanism comprises a cam element. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for moving a metal ring; and (2) a method for heating a metal ring.</p> |
