The industrial truck has a power supply unit, particularly a traction battery, where a battery case has a lateral frame opening for exchanging the power supply unit in horizontal direction. A guiding unit (F) is provided for guiding the power supply unit while inserting into battery case. The guiding unit is formed of a foldable stop plate (25) for guiding the power supply unit (7). The stop plate is fixed to the vehicle body (5) at the lateral area of the lateral frame opening (8). The stop plate is pivoted between a folded position and an unfolded position.
