The device i.e. distribution gearbox (5), has differential shafts (2a, 2b) for rotation around a rotational axis, and forming a shaft section in which a lubricant channel i.e. ring gap channel, is arranged to convey lubricant in an axial direction around the rotational axis. A bar section of the shafts is arranged in the channel. A clamping sleeve is tensioned at the shaft section over the bar section and is in flow-technical connection of the channel with an outer side of the shafts. Another channel is arranged between a hollow shaft and the shafts. An independent claim is also included for a drive unit for a vehicle, including an electric motor.
