STERILIZING APPARATUS USING OZONE AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A sterilizing apparatus using ozone and a method therefor are provided to improve sterilization efficiency and to reduce sterilization time. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing apparatus using ozone comprises: a chamber(10) into which an object is poured; an oxygen generator(20) generating oxygen; an oxygen tank(30) which temporarily saves oxygen; an ozone generator(40) which generates ozone by using oxygen; a high temperature generator(50) which increases the temperature of ozone gas; a vacuum pump(60) circulating the air inside the chamber; a humidity filter(70) which eliminates the moisture included in the air inside the chamber; and an ozone decomposition device(80) which decomposes the ozone included in the exhaust air.
