<p>PURPOSE: An oligonucleotide for detecting Listeria monocytogenes and a kit using the same are provided to ensure quick and accurate detection. CONSTITUTION: A composition contains a first oligonucleotide of sequence number 1 and a second oligonucleotide of sequence number 2. The composition further contains a third oligonucleotide containing DNA sequences and RNA sequences. The third oligonucleotide is labeled with a detectable marker. A kit for detecting Listeria monocytogenes contains a first primer of sequence number 1, a second primer of sequence number 2, and a probe containing the RNA sequences and DNA sequences conjugated to a detectable marker. The kit also contains nucleic acid polymerase, RNase H, or reverse transcriptase.</p> |
