<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice guidance device enabling voice guidance to be accurately recognized regardless of ambient noise and degree of congestion. <P>SOLUTION: The voice guidance device comprises: a human sensing switch 12; a congestion determining section 24 for determining the degree of congestion on the basis of a detected signal from the human sensing switch 12; a microphone 11 for collecting ambient noise; a noise level determining section 22 for determining a level of noise on the basis of a detected signal from the microphone 11; and a voice reproduction control section 23 for changing the volume and interval of reproduction of voice guidance output from a speaker 15 on the basis of the degree of congestion determined by the congestion determining section 24 and the level of noise determined by the noise level determining section 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
