<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a technique for suppressing trouble due to the temperature of a fuel cell by controlling a cooling medium circulation system. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes fuel cells, a cooling medium circulation system which circulates a cooling medium in the fuel cells, a supplied cooling medium temperature detection part which detects a supplied cooling medium temperature as the temperature of the cooling medium supplied to the fuel cells, a fuel cell internal temperature estimation part which estimates a fuel cell internal temperature as the temperature in the fuel cells, and a control part which alternates circulation control in which the cooling medium circulation system is driven to circulate the cooling medium in the fuel cells and stop control in which the cooling medium circulation system is stopped to stop the circulation of the cooling medium in the fuel cells. The control part switches control to be executed to the circulation control when the temperature difference between the fuel cell internal temperature and supplied cooling medium temperature exceeds a first threshold during execution of the stop control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
