PURPOSE: A device for filtering and recovering the engine oil of a cylinder head cover is provided to efficiently filter oil from blow-by gas and to collect and discharge the filtered oil. CONSTITUTION: A device for filtering and recovering the engine oil of a cylinder head cover comprises a cylinder head cover, a guide member(54), an oil discharge unit(56), a blow-by gas inlet(57), and a blow-by gas outlet. The cylinder head cover has upper and side plates. The guide member forms a blow-by gas path inside the cylinder head cover. The oil discharge unit discharges oil filtered from blow-by gas flowing along the blow-by gas path to the inside the cylinder head cover. The blow-by gas inlet is formed in one end of the blow-by gas path, and the blow-by gas outlet is formed in the other end.
