THREE DIMENSIONAL IMAGE DISPLAY APPARATUS AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A 3D image display device and an operating method thereof are provided to supply a 3D broadcast and a guide for wearing glasses to a user without interruptions when the user watches a 3D image. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(130) alternatively outputs a right eye image and a left eye image. A sync signal processing unit(180) transmits a sync signal to 3D glasses. An OSD(On Screen Display) unit(150) generates an OSD message. A controller(140) displays the OSD message between display timings of the right eye image and the left eye image to prevent a user from recognizing the OSD message when the user wears the 3D glasses.
