<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen noodles simplified in a production process, and having cooking feeling, spicy feeling and acid taste by easy cooking operation by microwave oven cooking, and to provide a method for producing the frozen noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The frozen noodles are obtained by filling pasty sauce 2 which is obtained by mixing at least two kinds of normal temperature solid oil and fat, and powdery sauce, on a noodle ribbon aggregate 1 of steamed noodle ribbon or boiled noodle ribbon, obtained by a usual method, and freezing the product in a condition of mixing a part of the pasty sauce in between the noodle ribbons. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
