<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture electric double layer capacitor or the like. <P>SOLUTION: On a recessed container 2 configuring a package of an electric double layer capacitor 1, a step part 4 is formed. Thus, the recessed container 2 has two parallel bottom surfaces which are not on the same plane, and comprise a first bottom surface configuring the bottom part of a recessed part 13 and a second bottom surface configuring the surface on the upper side of the step part 4. On the first bottom surface and the second bottom surface, metal layers 11 and 9 passing through to the outside and connected to terminals 12 and 10 are formed, respectively. Then, electrodes 6 and 5 are connected to the upper surfaces of the metal layers 11 and 9. A separator 7 is installed between the electrodes 6 and 5, and an electrolyte is put into the recessed part 13. A sealing plate 3 is bonded to an opening of the recessed part 13 by a bonding material 8. Both of the electrodes 6 and 5 are installed to the bottom surface of the recessed part 13, and thus the electric double layer capacitor 1 is manufactured by work from the upper part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
