<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that many of conventional pottery products with many kinds of colors using a waste material require a baking process while pottery products not requiring the baking process do not have many kinds of colors. <P>SOLUTION: This colored pottery product is characterized in that a colored liquid obtained by mixing a colorant and synthetic resin is stuck to crushed pieces of a pottery waste material. The colored liquid is obtained by mixing acrylic, silicone-based or urethane-based synthetic resin and an inorganic pigment or carbon and/or a natural mineral or metal powder and adding the powder of a gypsum board if necessary. The crushed pieces and the colored liquid are mixed and dried, and this process is repeated again. The vividness of colors and complicated colors such as a mottled pattern can be expressed by coloring twice. Furthermore, manufacturing efficiency is high since the baking process is eliminated. Since the pottery product takes pride in high water absorbing property in spite of being colored, a specified effect is confirmed also in the growth of plants. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
