PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load in division position of identification processing when executing job processing according to input job data that are divided in multiple parts.

SOLUTION: After a printing apparatus starts reception of the job data in S703, the apparatus starts to analyze the divided positions indicative of the division of the parts. The apparatus skips the analysis between S708 and S711, and resumes the analysis from S711.
