摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining dissimilar materials, capable of keeping a peeling strength high while maintaining a tensile shear strength of a composite structural material formed by joining dissimilar materials such as steel and an aluminum-based material. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a flux containing 20-60 mass% of CsF and the residual substantially consisting of KAlF is applied to the surface of a steel plate of a welding portion side while an applied amount per unit area is 0.5-5 mg/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and an aluminum or aluminum alloy and a steel material are molten and welded while supplying a solid wire containing 1.75-2.1 mass% of Si and the residual consisting of aluminum and an inevitable impurity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
