<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid influence from wiring on a hall element in an offset cancellation circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The offset cancellation circuit including a hall element 10 switches a first mode for setting a contact A between a first resistor R1 and a second resistor R2 and a contact C between a third resistor R3 and a fourth resistor R4 to power supply potential Vcc or ground potential GND and setting a contact D between the first resistor R1 and the fourth resistor R4 and a contact B between the second resistor R2 and the third resistor R3 to output terminals and a second mode for setting the contact D and the contact B to the Vcc or the GND and setting the contact A and the contact C as output terminals.
