PURPOSE: An electronic paper display device is provided to install a light reflecting member on the top of a partition wall of a partition wall structure into which a twist ball is inserted, thereby preventing vertically incident light from being reflected from the top of the partition wall. CONSTITUTION: A partition wall structure(120) is formed on a lower electrode. A light reflecting member is formed in the partition wall structure. A twist ball(130) is inserted into each cell formed by a partition wall. An upper electrode(140) is attached to the top of the partition wall structure. The gap between the upper electrode and the lower electrode is filled with oil.
