PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a method for displaying the e-book quick look operation are provided to execute a quick look operation for the e-book content, thereby skimming through the whole contents of e-book. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen displays the content of e-book. The touch screen receives a user input for quick look operation for the content of e-book. A control unit(180) analyzes the user input. The control unit determines the quick look operation for the content of e-book by the analyzed result. The control unit controls the touch screen to display the content of e-book according to a determined quick look operation.
