PURPOSE: A peptide sensor for selective detection of explosive and a detection device are provided to ensure high selectivity to TNT or DNT. CONSTITUTION: A TNT-specific peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1, 2, 3, or 4. The peptide additionally contains a linker at carboxy terminal. A DNT-specific peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 9, 10, or 11. The DNT-specific peptide additionally contains a linker at carboxy terminal. The linker is Gly-Cys. An explosive sensor contains the TNT or DNT specific peptide. A method for detecting TNT-specific peptide comprises a step of using 3-(2,4,6-trinitrophenoxy)propane-1-amino groups.
