摘要 PURPOSE: A pyroelectricity crystallization x-ray generator is provided to increase the temperature of pyroelectricity crystallization by irradiating solar energy in the pyroelectricity crystallization and to create a high energy electron beam. CONSTITUTION: High electric potential difference is formed on the cross section of pyroelectricity crystallization(10) by collecting electric charge in the surface. The electric charge is emitted toward an x-ray target and collides with the x-ray target and generates an x-ray. The thickness of the x-ray target is different according to the thickness of a target, the induced electric potential difference, and target materials. A solar protection board(60) is opened in order to irradiate the light of the sun.
