PURPOSE: A solid electrolyte and a thermoelectric converter including the same are provided to improve the availability of an electrode material by designing an area of a triple phase boundary. CONSTITUTION: A working fluid is arranged within a case(10). A solid electrolyte(50) divides the inside of the case. A first electrode(30) is arranged in one side of the solid electrolyte. A second electrode(40) is arranged in the other side of the solid electrolyte. A heating source(90) heats a first end or a second end.
