PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing graphene-balls using spraying pyrolysis are provided to reduce time required for pyrolysis by contacting flame and microdroplets. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing graphene-balls using spraying pyrolysis includes a metal salt container(101), a hydrocarbon container(110), an ultrasonic wave vibrator(111), a gas supplying pipe(105), a metal salt pyrolyzing part(108), and a pyrolyzing part(120). The ultrasonic wave vibrator is formed at one side of the containers to spray metal salts and hydrocarbon. The gas supplying pipe supplies carrier gas to metal salt microdroplets. The metal salt pyrolyzing part complexes the carrier gas with the metal salt microdroplets in order to be metal particles. The pyrolyzing part sprays hydrocarbon to the metal particles and includes a heater(121) for forming graphene on the surface of the metal particles.
