PURPOSE: A device for preventing paper from muddling up is provided to prevent damage to paper and improve the reliability and stability on discharging the paper by blocking the order of paper from changing. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing paper from muddling up comprises a lower unit and an upper unit. The lower unit comprises a first axis(201), a support plate(202) fixed to the first axis, and a lever(203). The lever is supported on at least one end of the first axis to move to the rotating direction of the first axis. The upper unit comprises a second axis parallel to the first axis, a pressing plate(302), and a lever push member(303). The pressing plate is fixed to the second axis and arranged to face the support plate of the lower unit.
