<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube joint that reduces a dead volume of a pipe connecting part and an automatic analysis device having the tube joint, in piping using a tube having a flange at its tip. <P>SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, there is provided the tube joint which includes the tube having the flange, a connected body connected to the flange, a bolt screwed into the connected body, and a washer arranged at the side of the bolt of the flange. The tube and the washer are connected to each other by a fixing member which prevents relative movement between the outside wall of the tube and the inside wall of the washer.
