摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate an influence of an individual process having a variation on a performance of a whole process. <P>SOLUTION: An evaluation device to evaluate a manufacturing process having a plurality of processes comprises: a storage section which stores individual process performance data specifying a first average and a first standard deviation of larger than 0 showing the performance of a first process in the plurality of processes as well as a second average showing the performance of a second process in the plurality of processes; and a processing section which alters the first average or the first standard deviation of the individual process performance data to construct a first probability distribution by the altered first average or the altered first standard deviation, constructs a second probability distribution by the second average and a second standard deviation, and combines the first probability distribution and the second probability distribution to generate a first whole probability distribution composed of a first whole average and a first whole standard deviation showing the performance of the whole process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
