<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use up a battery capacity by determining the residual amount of the battery according to a power consumption of a load to be driven. <P>SOLUTION: The camera includes: mounting/demounting sections (100M and 100F) allowing the mounting/demounting of accessories including load sections (200 and 300); a storage section (90B) capable of storing a battery (90); and a control section (20) controlling to supply the accessories (200 and 300) mounted on the mounting/demounting sections with a power output from the battery (90) that is stored in the storage section (90B). The control section (20) includes: a communication section (26) communicating with the accessories (200 and 300) to acquire power consumption information of the load sections; and a determination section (25), when the power voltage output form the battery (90) is detected, comparing the value of the power voltage with a prescribed determination threshold to determine the residual amount of the battery.
