摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence measurement method capable of improving the luminous efficiency of a fluorescence dye in a water solution. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorescence measurement method includes measuring fluorescence emitted from fluorescence molecules in a complex composed of ligand, analyte, and a fluorescent marker obtained by connecting fluorescence molecules, formed on the surface of a substrate under the existence of a water solution of cationic water-soluble polymers. For example, a BODIPY dye, an indocyanine dye, a coumarin dye, an anilinonaphthalenesulfonate (ANS) dye, a Prodan dye, a Hoechst dye, an orange yellow or YOYO dye being its dimer, or the like, and especially, the indocyanine dye is preferable as the fluorescence molecules.
