<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence measurement method capable of improving the luminous efficiency of a fluorescence dye in a water solution. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorescence measurement method includes measuring fluorescence emitted from fluorescence molecules in a complex composed of ligand, analyte, and a fluorescent marker obtained by connecting fluorescence molecules, formed on the surface of a substrate under the existence of a water solution of cationic water-soluble polymers. For example, a BODIPY dye, an indocyanine dye, a coumarin dye, an anilinonaphthalenesulfonate (ANS) dye, a Prodan dye, a Hoechst dye, an orange yellow or YOYO dye being its dimer, or the like, and especially, the indocyanine dye is preferable as the fluorescence molecules. On the other hand, as the cationic water-soluble polymers, for example, a polysaccharide and/or acrylamide (co)polymers respectively having a cationic group (tertiary amine group and/or quaternary ammonium salt group, or the like) are preferable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
