摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a sheath layer for electrolytic plating on a bottom surface of a groove having a high aspect ratio, in a radiation imaging grid. <P>SOLUTION: In a radiation imaging grid, a gold colloidal solution 30 is dropped and applied, on an X-ray transmissive substrate 21 on which a groove 22 having a high aspect ratio is formed. The applied gold colloidal solution 30 flows into the groove 22 by capillary phenomenon and is retained at a bottom of the groove 22. The X-ray transmissive substrate 21 is heated by a laser on an underside of a portion where the gold colloidal solution 30 is applied, so that the gold colloidal solution 30 inside the groove 22 is evaporated and desiccated. As a result, only gold colloidal particles remain inside the groove 22, so as to be used as a sheath layer 23 for electrolytic plating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
