<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen producing device dispensing with a component such as a spacer for forming a gas passage or an inter-connector, and capable of simplifying a stack shape and a producing process. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen producing device 1 has a structure in which a plurality of solid electrolyte membranes 2 made of a mixed conductor are stacked, and an oxygen containing gas passage 5 is formed on one surface side of the solid electrolyte membrane 2, and an oxygen passage 6 is formed on the other surface side of the solid electrolyte membrane 2. The solid electrolyte membrane 2 has a first protrusion 3 protruding to the one surface side, and a second protrusion 4 protruding to the other surface side, and the solid electrolyte membranes 2 adjacent to each other are formed so that the facing surfaces are mirror-symmetrical, and the first protrusions 3 or the second protrusions 4 of the adjacent solid electrolyte membranes 2 are directly abutted on each other, and thereby, a space is formed between the adjacent solid electrolyte membranes 2. The space formed by the first protrusion 3 is used as the oxygen containing gas passage 5, and the space formed by the second protrusion 4 is used as the oxygen passage 6 by sealing an end of the solid electrolyte membrane 2 by a sealing member 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
