<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for gas cutting, which effectively controls an occurrence of sagging that is a concern in performing gas cutting, even when cutting a thick plate or performing high-speed cutting. <P>SOLUTION: The method for gas cutting includes a step of disposing a metallic plate at a surface of a stock facing a cutting nozzle so as to cover at least a cutting line when performing the gas cutting by using the cutting nozzle jetting a fuel gas and an oxygen gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
