This process is used to control surface pressure between a fixed plate and a fishplate, and examines the adherent surface. The purpose of theprocess is to provide a slide closure device for a molten metal vessel, which is very useful for controlling compression pressure and balance. In this invention, an adherent rotor is moves freely on a first supporting frame. This process results in the easy exchange of a fixed plate and a fishplate. The molten metal vessel has a prolonged moving time, because the exchange operation is made quickly.
