The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing unit cells of a solid oxide fuel cell. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the unit cells of the solid oxide fuel cell comprises the steps of: manufacturing a Ni-CeScSZ anode layer; manufacturing a CeScSZ electrolyte layer; manufacturing a GDC buffer layer; and manufacturing an LSCF cathode layer. Thus, according to the present invention, negative resistance and polarization resistance of an electrolyte are reduced and high power is obtained even at middle and low temperatures.
