Provided are an ultrasonic diagnostic device and an ultrasonic image display method which, for functions that display blood flow state images which indicate by differences in color the relative differences between blood flow states, such as the influx time for a contrast medium, etc., have: a function that selectively extracts blood vessels on which attention is focused and configures a blood flow state image with little noise; and an interpolation processing function that unifies the color of a benchmark region when color differences are compared between a configured blood flow image and historical blood flow state images, in order to find the differences in blood flow states resulting from treatment, etc. A parameter (ta)that indicates the time that influx of a contrast medium commenced and the variation in luminescence (?I) caused by the contrast medium is calculated by a TIC evaluation unit (13), using image data of a range specified by a processing image selection unit (11). A first pixel selection unit (15) selectively extracts pixels that fulfill certain conditions and, at the same time, removes non-contrasted sections. A blood flow state image colored according to the ta values is configured by an image configuration unit (16) and blood vessels to be focused on by a technician are selectively extracted by a second pixel selection unit (17), by the use of a histogram based on variation in luminescence. |
