PURPOSE: A location based order system and a location based order method using the same are provided to transmit order content by a text message or online, thereby enabling the user to quickly and accurately placing an order compared to an order method using a phone. CONSTITUTION: A seller information database server(110) stores information of a seller which joins an online order service. A web server(100) is connected to the database server. The web server provides a delivery icon and information related to the seller to a user device.
