<p>In this commutator motor, which has a commutator affixed to a rotor, a brush that slides in contact with the commutator, and a brush-pressing device that presses the brush to the commutator, the brush-pressing device increases the pressing load as the brush wears away and becomes shorter in length. By means of this configuration, the progress of wear of the brush is suppressed from the beginning to the end of the use of the commutator motor, enabling an increase in service life of the commutator motor.</p> |
