<p>A child car safety seat comprises a base (20), a backrest (30), an adjustable plate (50) and a headrest (40). The backrest (30) is fixed to a car seat via a car seat safety belt, and the base (20) is hinged to the backrest (30). The headrest (40) is clamped to the backrest (30) via the adjustable plate (50). The both sides of the backrest (30) extend and bend forward to form curved side edges (320). The both sides of the base (20) extend upward to form armrests (210) and the both sides of the headrest (40) bend forward to form cambered surfaces. The adjustable plate (50) is provided at the back of the backrest (30), and fixedly connected to the headrest (40). The side edges (320) on either side of the backrest (30) and the armrests (210) on either side of the base (20) all exert protection effects on the both sides of a child body. The forward cambered surfaces of the headrest (40) can protect the child head and cervical vertebra effectively, and the headrest (40) can be adjusted up and down to accommodate children with different heights.
